I have been on this Earth for a few years now and have by no means perfected the art of being.
However, I have determined that I am unable to function in the morning without a decent coffee.
When I’m on the road, I am wholly reliant upon my friends at Costa Coffee
However, when I am working from home, I have to take matters into my own hands:
I was disappointed when Costa teamed up with Tassimo, because they stopped selling their coffee beans in their stores.
Sure, I understand that they can better regulate flavour with the Presets of Tassimo, but what about those of us with Bean-To-Cup machines? Are we expected to throw them away?
My Gaggia Syncrony Digital makes a better coffee than a Tassimo machine, and steamed milk makes far superior Lattes, Cappuccinos and Flat Whites compared to the longlife milks they use in the Tassimo pods (which, incidentally, are never served hot enough)
Come on Costa – listen to your public, and get your beans back on the shelf!
